From 7:30 p.m. until 8:45 p.m.
Join us for an open meditation practice every Thursday evening. The session includes one hour of sitting and walking meditation, focusing on Shamatha Vipashyana (mindfulness/awareness) practice. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Tea will be offered after practice. Occasionally, talks will offered after a shortened meditation session. Check the calendar for updates.
